We believe in transparent pricing – you see exactly how your cost is calculated, down to each multiplier.

Base Parameters
- Flat fee per main sector: 5,000 ETB
- Flat fee per sub-sector: 1,000 ETB
- Price per lead: 100 ETB
- Analysis report fee: 5,000 ETB (optional)
- Exchange rate: 1 USD = 173 ETB (for Stripe payments)
Lead Count Multiplier (Volume Tier)
Based on the total number of leads requested. Larger volumes apply a higher multiplier – this reflects the value of larger, more comprehensive datasets.

Capital Range Multiplier (Business Size)
You can select multiple capital ranges for each sector. The highest multiplier among your selections is used – because we price for the most valuable segment you're targeting.

If multiple legal statuses are selected, the highest multiplier among them is used.

Region Multiplier
If multiple regions are selected, the multipliers are averaged (weighted average). This ensures fair pricing that reflects the geographic coverage you're requesting.

Calculation Formula (Per Sector)
base_min = (lead_min × 100) + (sub_count × 1,000) + 5,000
base_max = (lead_max × 100) + (sub_count × 1,000) + 5,000
sector_min = base_min × lead_mult × capital_mult × legal_mult × region_mult
sector_max = base_max × lead_mult × capital_mult × legal_mult × region_mult
If sector_min < 5,000 → sector_min = 5,000 (applied internally)
If sector_max < 5,000 → sector_max = 5,000 (applied internally)
total_min = sum(sector_min) + (analysis ? 5,000 : 0)
total_max = sum(sector_max) + (analysis ? 5,000 : 0)
Worked Example
Request: 1 main sector, 3 sub‑sectors, 201–500 leads, 50–100M capital range, Share Company (SC), Addis Ababa region.
Base min = (201 × 100) + (3 × 1,000) + 5,000 = 28,100 ETB
Base max = (500 × 100) + (3 × 1,000) + 5,000 = 58,000 ETB
Multipliers:
Lead (201-500) = 2.0×
Capital (50-100M) = 1.5×
Legal (Share Company) = 1.2×
Region (Addis Ababa) = 1.3×
Cost min = 28,100 × 2.0 × 1.5 × 1.2 × 1.3 = 131,508 ETB
Cost max = 58,000 × 2.0 × 1.5 × 1.2 × 1.3 = 271,440 ETB
Total range: 131,508 – 271,440 ETB

Why is there a minimum per sector?
The minimum ensures that even small requests cover the cost of data preparation and validation. It's applied automatically in the background – you'll see it reflected in your final estimate.

Currency
- Payments via Telebirr are charged in ETB (Ethiopian Birr).
- Payments via Stripe are charged in USD at the exchange rate of 1 USD = 173 ETB.
